I love both. I am confident with my skills because I've spent time doing both. Weaving a story line is challenging and rewarding. It's my own creation. So are many of the desserts I serve in my tearoom. A favorite with my guests is a mini blueberry pie with a taste of basil. I grow my own blueberries so I make the filling from scratch. Add a tablespoon of chopped fresh basil. Before serving, top with a spoon of fresh whipped cream and sprinkle the entire mini pie with a dusting of blueberry tea. Beautiful!
